All sales are final, with two exceptions:
Unused items: Items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping on unused-item returns is the customer’s cost.
Defective or wrong items: If we ship the wrong item, or your item arrives defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund — and we cover the return shipping on those.
